Faith Nolton

A lifelong mystic, poet and artist, Faith weaves these rich strands to experience life from a wider perspective, walking between the worlds of spirit and everyday to discover the gentle points of power and true self.

Faith walks the path of the Native American Medicine Wheel Way and shamanic soul journeying, and has a deep belief in the importance of keeping our connection with the natural world - both seen and unseen - for health and well-being.

The traditions of Giveaway are key to her personal philosophy and work, and over the last few years the Earthstars shamanic circle has become a powerful central part of her personal practice and development.

Faith's beautiful paintings find their way round the world into many collections and have been used on CD and book covers. She sometimes paints commissions, tuning in with her spirits to the images needed by individuals as a blessing and healing. All artwork is spirit-led and is a core expression of her shamanic experience and practice. Visitors to her online gallery often tell her how they meditate with the images displayed there and soak them up for personal nourishment - true Soul Gardens.

Faith offers intuitive listening sessions with individuals and small groups. With the guidance of her own spirit helpers she shows clients shamanic and creative journeying processes, including connecting with power animals and simple earth rituals.

She founded Sacred Hoop Magazine [1993], which she still works for and tends, and is author of 'Easy to Use Shamanism' [2002]. Currently she and her spirits are working on a book commission on 'Making Sacred Art'. She helps organise an annual shamanic conference for the Society of Shamanic Practitioners.

Faith's verdant Welsh valley home is her haven and sanctuary, and she appreciates the humour and whimsy of life as a human being. She loves to share her own downright wonder and delight of this beautiful world "Where beyond the surfaces of everyday life the souls of plants, land, trees and creatures sing.'
